Our patients are loyal for generations because we fight for them: fierce advocacy, thorough education, and Good / Better / Best treatment plans presented clearly with digital tools (intraoral cameras, imaging, presentation software) so they truly understand and choose what’s right.
We want someone who thrives on comprehensive general dentistry—exams, restorations, crowns/bridges, root canals, extractions, implants, cosmetics—and who’s HUNGRY to tackle rewarding cases in-house. Complex or advanced surgical can be referred out when it’s best for the patient (we do what’s right), but the right dentist here gets fired up about keeping as much comprehensive care under our roof as possible to drive better outcomes and serious production.
New grads? Only if you’re a proven slayer—bring production numbers and case experience that back it up.
