Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage route driving and merchandise delivery efficiently, adhering to scheduled timelines.
- Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices during transportation and heavy lifting tasks.
- Conduct retail store merchandising to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields; retail store experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial truck driving or route driving preferred.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and basic math skills for transactions and calculations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices.
- Familiarity with automobile transportation logistics or commercial driving regulations is advantageous.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple routes, deliveries, and client appointments efficiently.
- Military experience or background in customer relationship building is considered a valuable asset.
