Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while upselling items to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in the food service industry.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
