Schultz & Dooley's Pub is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Front of House & Social Media Manager to help lead our team and keep our business running at a high standard.
We're looking for someone who notices the little things, isn't afraid to hold people accountable, and takes pride in making sure every shift runs smoothly. If you're the type of person who likes structure, consistency, and high expectations, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations.
- Manage and coach servers, bartenders, and hosts.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high service standards.
- Build staff schedules and manage daily floor operations.
- Keep the dining room, bar, and guest areas clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Create and manage our social media presence.
- Promote weekly events, live music, trivia, specials, and community happenings.
- Plan content, take photos/videos, and help grow our online following.
- Work closely with ownership to execute new promotions and ideas.
Ownership Will Handle
- Financial management
- Ordering and inventory
- Administrative duties
- Vendor relationships
- Business operations
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- A natural leader with hospitality experience.
- Extremely organized and dependable.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable holding people accountable.
- Strong with communication and customer service.
- Creative with social media and marketing.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Available evenings and weekends as needed.
