Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Sales Keyholder who is passionate about creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, dependable, fashion-forward, and comfortable working with a wide range of customers and team members.
The Retail Sales Keyholder will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations, including customer service, merchandising, inventory control, staff direction, and maintaining store standards. This position requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily retail store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Sell merchandise and assist customers with fashion, brand, and style-related questions
- Help oversee store organization, merchandising, and inventory flow
- Supervise employees and assist with training new team members
- Communicate store policies and expectations to staff
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is secured properly
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assign and follow up on daily tasks for team members
- Support opening and closing procedures as needed
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Keyholder or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of fashion, brands, and current retail trends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25+ pounds as needed
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
