Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Roof leak inspections on residential roof systems is required along with knowledge and the willingness to perform roof repairs on the following types of roof systems.
Types Of Roof Systems; Repairs and Installation.
Torch Down, Tile, Comp, Single Ply, Coatings, etc.
Ability to use all power tools
Must be able to use ladder
Construction/ Handyman type work, since we also perform construction repair work.
Requirements:
- A valid DL as well as ability to pass a background check are required
- Reliable transportation to drive between our two locations; Anaheim and Rancho Cucamonga.
Compensation/Benefits:
