Job Summary
As a Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk, you will handle daily office tasks focused on high-quality customer care and meticulous data input. You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, inputting critical job data, providing initial estimates, and keeping our database running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer profiles, job records, and service history in our database.
- Customer Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Estimates & Booking: Provide accurate service estimates to potential clients, log details precisely, and log booking information into the system.
- Document Control: Process paperwork, update digital files, and perform general office clerk duties to maintain a highly organized system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative office roles (Preferred).
- Data Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers, email systems, and adaptable to learning industry-specific software.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and keep paperwork and files perfectly organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
