Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Reliant Mortgage LLC. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for handling mortgage lending processes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth loan approval process for clients.
We offer in house underwriting, non-delegated, correspondent, and broker channels that all MLO's have access to in order to offer more products than any other company around. In addition, we are partnered with the best grant and down payment assistance sources in the country.

Qualifications
- Loan Officers and Mortgage Industry expertise
- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven History of origination.
