About the Role:
We're hiring a Key Holder! The Key Holder is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations by assisting management with opening and closing procedures, maintaining operational standards, and providing direction to team members during assigned shifts. This role serves as a support position with limited leadership authority and is expected to follow company policies, procedures, and management direction.
The Key Holder helps ensure excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall restaurant efficiency while acting as a reliable point of contact when management is not immediately available.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with daily restaurant opening and closing procedures, including securing the restaurant, completing checklists, and ensuring proper handoff between shifts.
- Support the management team in maintaining smooth restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Monitor workflow, service levels, and team member performance and communicate concerns to management.
- Assist with ensuring company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service are consistently followed.
- Help identify operational issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Leadership and influence - team management!

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain professionalism
- Must demonstrate reliability, accountability, and adherence to company standards
