Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical exams
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with supervising physician(s)
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and manage treatment plans, including prescribing medications
- Provide patient education and preventive care guidance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with physician to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Current and valid PA or NP license in the State of Florida
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
