Quick Lube Automotive Technician Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Tire repair, rotation and maintenance
- Perform light duty technician and maintenance repairs
- Communicate with service team on vehicle status
- Follow all established safety rules
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
- Other duties as assigned
Quick Lube Automotive Technician Qualifications:
- 1 year previous Quick Lube experience preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume dealership preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions, including high heat and humidity required
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Excellent team-player
- Professional in appearance and grooming
- Acceptable driving record required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug test
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM plus occasional overtime

Quick Lube Automotive Technician Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to bend, crouch, walk, reach above head, sit, stand, talk and hear. The employee must be able to see color and at close and far distances and is required to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
