Boothwyn Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist in PA to join our team as a Pharmacist.
When will you work?
Hours for this position vary depending on business needs. Our Lab is open 5 days a week. Candidates must have open availability to work any am and pm shifts, as the schedule can change based on business needs. MUST be able to work Saturdays when necessary.
What you'll do:
- Directly supervise pharmacy activities of technical and non-technical staff and ensure these activities occur in accordance with USP 795, State Board of Pharmacy regulations, and company policies and procedures
- Maintain systems to ensure that compounding team members are adequately trained on and are continually adhering to all measuring, mixing, packaging, and labeling steps described in formula instructions
- Ensure patient safety by using clinical knowledge to verify the appropriateness of prescription orders, compounded batches, and finished item packaging
Who you are:
- A PA-licensed pharmacist with knowledge of basic principles, theories, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures that pertain to the practice of pharmacy
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
What you've done:
- Experience gained in compounding and/or laboratory setting a plus, but not required

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
