This role provides overall leadership and support to ensure residents’ health, safety, and individualized needs are met through effective staff guidance and program oversight. Responsibilities include coordinating and implementing each resident’s Individual Service Plan (ISP), collaborating with nursing and medical professionals, and actively participating in care-related meetings, including those involving health concerns or incidents. The position also oversees incident follow-up and analysis while maintaining clear, ongoing communication with residents’ families and responsible parties to support each individual’s well-being.
