We don't need pushy salespeople; we need empathetic, highly communicative Customer Advocates. If you have a background in customer service, retail, or hospitality, you already have the hardest skills to teach: you know how to talk to people, de-escalate stress, and guide someone through a complex process.
We can teach you the roofing and insurance industry. You just need to bring the hustle.
The Schedule: Total Freedom + The Blueprint for Success
At Loomis, we don't micromanage. You are building your own book of business, which means you have the freedom to set your own schedule. However, success leaves clues, and we give you the exact blueprint to hit six figures:
- The Suggested Hustle: A standard highly-successful day runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The "Golden Hours": The absolute best time to connect with homeowners is between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. This is when you will be out canvassing and making your money.
- Team Support: You aren't doing this alone. We provide company-generated leads, schedule times for the team to canvass neighborhoods together, and hold high-energy weekly sales meetings and training sessions at our South OKC/Moore office to keep your skills sharp.

The Hard Work (What You’ll Do):
- Getting out into the community and hitting our standard of 75 doors a day to educate homeowners on wind and hail damage.
- Safely climbing ladders to inspect roofs and using our technology to document storm damage.
- Sitting at the kitchen table with families, holding their hand through the insurance claim process so their only out-of-pocket cost is their deductible.
- Providing relentless, weekly communication to your customers so they are never left in the dark.
The Easy Life (What We Provide):
- "The Launch" Paid Training: For your first 2-3 weeks, you earn a $15/hr base (targeting 25-30 hours) while you learn the "Loomis Way" from our top Sales Managers.
- Immediate Bonus Money: Even during training, you earn $150 for every 3 qualified inspections you set, and $250 every time a work authorization is signed!
- We Close For You: During your launch phase, a manager will attend your appointments to help you close the deal so you can learn hands-on.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Once you graduate to a full Storm Damage Specialist, you move to an aggressive commission structure where your income is determined solely by your work ethic.
