Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and oversee the upkeep of our production facilities, equipment, and farm infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring maximum equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Duties
- Manage and supervise the maintenance department's daily activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and production equipment.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance work to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and equipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company safety standards.
- Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance technicians.
- Assist with facility improvements and capital projects.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food production, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
