Love ice cream? So do we — and we want you to be part of the team that makes it happen! Casper’s Ice Cream is looking for enthusiastic, dependable people to join our Production Team and help bring our famous FatBoy Ice Cream novelties and other frozen treats to life.
As a Production Team Member, you’ll be right in the middle of the action on our manufacturing floor. Here’s what a typical shift looks like:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Moving products between conveyors and monitoring equipment to keep production running smoothly
- Loading ingredients and packaging materials into assembly equipment
- Placing finished products into boxes and cases for freezer storage
- Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards and is safe for consumers
- Assisting with the weekly disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, and reassembly of food manufacturing equipment
Schedule
Pay
- Starting at $18/hr. with the potential to reach $22/hr. for top performers!
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the full duration of the shift
- Ability to walk, bend, squat, and climb stairs as needed
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds from floor to chest height approximately 20–40 times per shift
- Good joint dexterity in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers for repetitive workstation tasks
Work Environment
- Work performed in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and moving equipment
- This role involves working around industrial machinery and may include exposure to electromagnetic fields generated by production equipment
- Exposure to food allergens, including peanuts and tree nuts - including contact with skins, oils, and dust generated during processing and grinding
