- Communication Excellence: Serve as a vital link between customers and field technicians. Provide detailed and accurate job information to technicians to facilitate effective service delivery.
- Quality Control: Monitor service calls and provide feedback to ensure adherence to our high standards.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training opportunities with Nexstar to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Customer Interaction: Keep customers informed about technician progress. Handle payment collection calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
