Part-Time | Luxury Home Organizing & Move Support
Flawlessly Functional LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assistant Professional Home Organizer to support luxury home organizing, packing, unpacking, and move-in projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, works well as part of a team, follows direction carefully, and takes pride in making spaces look clean, polished, and functional.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing spaces such as pantries, kitchens, closets, bathrooms, laundry rooms, playrooms, garages, and storage areas
- Sort items by category, room, function, and frequency of use
- Help pack homes intentionally for organized moves into new homes
- Assist with unpacking and placing items in their proper zones
- Support donation, trash, return, and client decision piles
- Place organizing products such as bins, baskets, drawer dividers, turntables, risers, and labels
- Fold clothing, towels, linens, and drawer items to brand standard
- Help label bins, baskets, drawers, shelves, and boxes
- Keep assigned work areas neat and safe throughout the job
- Break down boxes and assist with end-of-day cleanup
- Take before, progress, and after photos when directed
- Communicate when a task is complete or when help is needed
- Protect client privacy and handle belongings with care

Requirements
- Prior organizing, packing, unpacking, retail, staging, cleaning, home styling, or similar experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation required (Jobs are all over San Antonio and surrounding area)
- Must be comfortable working in private homes
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Must be able to bend, reach, climb step stools, and get up and down from the floor
- Must be able to stand and move actively for several hours
- Must maintain a professional appearance and respect client confidentiality
Schedule & Pay
This is a part-time position based on client project needs. Must be available Monday thru Friday 9-5.
Pay is based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently within the Flawlessly Functional standard.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
