American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical night shift position requiring Cerner proficiency and active Ohio RN licensure.

Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
-
Night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
-
Every other weekend rotation required
-
Floating required on a rotation basis in accordance with hospital policy and the candidate's clinical experience
-
21-week contract
-
Active OH RN license (or compact license) currently in hand
-
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
-
Cerner EMR experience required
-
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Local candidates are accepted and highly preferred — no radius restrictions apply

Time off requests should be kept to a minimum; any approved time off must be arranged prior to the assignment start

Holiday coverage is expected

Former permanent or full-time employees must have been separated from the facility for a minimum of 5 years to be eligible
