AsDirector Oreo Equity, you willbe responsible fordriving cultural relevance through brand partnerships &serveas the lead for the OREO integrated agency team (IAT), delivering omnichannel campaigns and programsalong withdeveloping and executingOreobrand’sstrategies across equity, communication, and activation plans. This roleis responsible forsupporting category P&L delivery by driving improved investment ROI, increased brand health metrics, and efficient execution ofintegrated mediacampaigns andpartnerships. This will require managing an external agency ecosystem to drive creative excellence and collaborating with the cross functional community to drive business performance.

Lead the development and execution of integrated communication, activation, and media plans, maximizing Media ROI, working with internal and external media partners
Work with internal and external partners (e.g., I&A, Nielsen, Agencies) toidentifybrand and category trends to inform brand health and communications strategy

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
