Nebraska Elite Painting & Exteriors is a growing residential painting and exteriors company looking for a dependable Field Coordinator to help keep projects organized, customers informed, and jobs running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk.
Responsibilities
- Visit active painting and exterior projects throughout the Omaha metro area
- Help start new projects and ensure jobs begin smoothly
- Check on active projects and monitor progress
- Assist with project completion and punch lists
- Take photos and videos of project progress
- Communicate with homeowners and provide project updates
- Check in with crews and subcontractors
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule
- Coordinate materials and paint deliveries when needed
- Pick up checks or deposits when needed
- Place yard signs and marketing materials at project locations
- Assist with scheduling and project coordination
- Help identify and solve issues before they become larger problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction, painting, remodeling, roofing, siding, landscaping, or other trades experience is a plus
- Customer service, project coordination, management, or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
