Painted Ladies Yacht Marketing is seeking a seasoned, hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s day-to-day operations and drive its continued growth across domestic and international markets. This role carries full executive authority over operations, marketing, sales, and team leadership.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven marine-industry executive with direct experience in marinas and/or yacht brokerage who understands how to scale revenue, lead multi-tiered teams, and execute strategy in a relationship-driven, global yacht and marine marketplace.
Position Overview
The CEO is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and strategic execution of Painted Ladies Yacht Marketing, with a focus on expanding and strengthening the company’s global presence. This role requires a dynamic operator who combines high-level strategic vision with hands-on leadership across sales, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full executive oversight of daily operations and company execution
- Lead, manage, and scale marketing and sales teams supporting both U.S. and international clients
- Develop and execute growth strategies for yacht brokers, marinas, and marine-industry partners worldwide
- Establish and manage KPIs, performance benchmarks, and accountability systems across global initiatives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning for domestic and international operations
- Represent the company in senior-level global industry relationships, partnerships, and negotiations
- Work closely with ownership to align long-term vision with scalable, global execution
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated executive leadership experience (CEO, President, COO, or equivalent)
- Mandatory experience within the yacht, marina, or yacht brokerage industry
- Experience working with international markets, global clients, or cross-border operations preferred
- Strong background in sales leadership, revenue growth, and business development
- Proven ability to manage multi-level teams and complex operations
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused leadership style

Pay: $49,119.55 - $559,154.73 per year
