We are hiring an experienced Aftermarket Service Transformation Domain Consultant to lead enterprise service transformation initiatives for global manufacturing organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have successfully delivered large-scale consulting and implementation projects while partnering with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements and end-to-end implementation projects.
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective transformation initiatives.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams throughout project delivery.
- Support solution development and collaborate closely with technical teams.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and help drive innovation across service operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, service operations, or digital transformation within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience leading enterprise transformation and implementation projects.
- Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend scalable solutions.
- Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional business and technical groups.
- Background in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development is highly preferred.
Compensation:
$120,000 - $140,000 per year
