Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Technicians, Mechanics, and Service Advisors to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional vehicle service and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of automotive excellence. Whether diagnosing complex issues, performing routine maintenance, or guiding customers through service options, your expertise will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers happy. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using advanced tools and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, alignments, suspension work, and fluid replacements.
- Repair and replace automotive components including transmissions, shocks & struts, air brakes, and diesel engines with precision and efficiency.
- Assist customers by explaining repair needs clearly, providing accurate auto estimates, and recommending appropriate service solutions.
- Manage auto service writing and documentation to ensure all repairs are properly recorded for warranty purposes and customer records.
- Upsell additional services or parts when appropriate to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, alignments, and diesel engines.
- Experience in auto service management, auto estimating, service writing, and customer service excellence.
- Skilled in automotive repair techniques such as oil changes, tire services, auto body repair, air brake systems, shocks & struts replacement.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing professional sales support for automobile sales when needed.
- Familiarity with auto shop operations including auto estimating software and service management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and building trust through transparent advice. Pay: $75,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
