What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and service copiers, printers & multifunction devices.

Manage your own territory, parts inventory, and customer relationships.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and support to fellow technicians.

Install, upgrade, and maintain complex office equipment.

Deliver top-tier customer service and handle technical escalations.

Spot opportunities for upgrades, supplies, and service contracts.
What We’re Looking For:

Experienced technician with industry certification (required).

Strong expertise in copier/printer repair (B&W & color, MFPs).

Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Great communication skills and customer-first mindset.

Organized and reliable with strong problem-solving skills.
