This position requires a proactive approach to selling, along with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Utilize effective communication skills to promote and sell products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately during transactions.
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor, including restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience.
- Supervise junior staff or new hires as needed, providing guidance on best practices in sales techniques.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer service.
