American Traveler is seeking a multi-modality Radiologic Technologist with CT and X-Ray proficiency, California licensure, and a minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience for a travel assignment.

Multi-modality position requiring both CT and X-Ray skillset

Imaging performed on a Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner
-
4x10 hour mid shifts, Friday through Monday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
-
On-call required 2-3 nights per week, following a shift for up to 5 hours
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in CT, with recent experience in the specialty within the last 3 months
-
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred

Current BLS (AHA or ARC) required

ARRT-R and ARRT-CT required

Current certification in at least one advanced modality (CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or PET) required, with ability to perform duties in at least one additional advanced modality

Active California Radiologic Technologist license required

Fluoroscopy permit required

IV certification required, or willingness to obtain prior to start

Candidates must have no prior hits on their license

2 supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years

License required if applicable

RTO exceeding 5 days will result in automatic declination by the facility

A completed skills checklist specific to this specialty, completed within the past year, is required for consideration
