Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
Take orders accurately and handle payments using the POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
Restock supplies and keep the café ready for service
Follow drink recipes and quality standards
Work well with the team during busy shifts
Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns respectfully
Requirements:
Previous barista experience is required
Familiarity with Toast POS is preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and basic coffee preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to multitask and stay organized during rushes
