Key Responsibilities
- Operate floor grinding, polishing, and surface preparation equipment safely.
- Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, patch repair) and apply epoxy/urethane coatings.
- Utilize hand tools and general construction skills for precise, high-quality finishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, maneuver heavy machinery, and stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transport to our Wake Forest, NC shop.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to work out-of-town or work flexible hours as project schedules require.
- Work Ethic & Mindset: Strong team player with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take pride in quality workmanship.
- Experience: Previous construction, concrete, or surface prep experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
