Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Retail Sales Associate with a passion for fine Swiss watchmaking and high horology to join our IWC/Hublot/Breitling watch store. This role is ideal for a client-focused luxury professional who thrives in a refined retail or showroom environment and brings deep product knowledge, relationship-building expertise, and a consultative sales approach. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with luxury watches, assist customers in making informed purchases, and contribute to a refined shopping experience. The successful applicant will demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm for horology, and a commitment to excellence in retail sales. Pay is hourly plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their preferences and needs
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our fine Swiss watch collections, including features, craftsmanship, and history
- Assist clients with product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits
- Manage sales transactions accurately using Salesforce, ensuring proper cash handling and receipt issuance
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally via phone or in person
- Conduct product demos confidently while adhering to brand standards and presentation protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or jewelry environment.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele
- Excellent phone etiquette coupled with professional interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury watches or horology is preferred but not mandatory; a keen interest in product demos is essential
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation
