Trauma Therapist (LCSW or LPCC) – EMDR Preferred | 1099 Independent Contractor | Hiring Immediately
Compensation: 60/40 revenue split (full administrative support) or 65/35 revenue split (therapist manages administrative responsibilities)
Our growing integrative psychiatry practice is looking for an experienced, compassionate therapist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor.

We’re Looking For:
- Active California LCSW or LPCC license
- EMDR trained (EMDR Certified preferred)
- Experience providing CBT and DBT
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience preferred
- Experience treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills
Preferred Experience:
- Somatic therapy
- ACT
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Attachment-based therapy
- Polyvagal-informed treatment
