Job Title: RN Nurse Manager - Emergency Department *Overtime Available - Weekly Payments*
Pay Range: $90/hour to $100/hour
Shifts Available: 3pm to 11pm (5*8 hr Evenings)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Duration: 13+ Weeks

Required:
- Active New York RN License
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC (Preferred)
Job Duties:
- Lead and oversee daily nursing operations within the Emergency Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
- Develop staffing schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels based on patient volume and departmental needs.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff while overseeing orientation, training, competency, and professional development.
- Monitor clinical quality, patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and departmental performance metrics; implement improvement initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote coordinated care for Emergency Department and trauma patients.
- Address patient, staff, and physician concerns while maintaining a professional, respectful, and patient-centered environment.
