Additional Compensation: Annual bonuses (variable depending on office and performance) and overtime opportunities are available at FPCA’s After Hours Clinic (eligible after 6 months of employment based on performance)
Schedule: Full Time (Monday: 7:20 AM - 7 PM, Tuesday: 7:20 AM - 5 PM, Wednesday: Off, Thursday: 7:20 AM - 5 PM, Friday: 7:20 AM - 5 PM)

Patient Services Coordinator Job duties include:

Greet patients in a polite and inviting manner in order to facilitate a comforting and welcoming environment

Answer phones timely and professionally in order to ensure office efficiency at every level of your office

Maintain strict confidentiality of patients’ records according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and our company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for our patients

Verify insurance coverage and patient demographics to aid our billing office and medical staff
-
Maintain a clean and orderly waiting area to enhance the patient experience of your office

Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
1+ year of customer service experience
-
Experience in medical field preferred
