Duties
- Perform aesthetic procedures, including laser treatment and skin care therapies, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing equipment, organizing supplies, and setting up necessary tools for each appointment.
- Conduct patient intake by collecting consent forms.
- Support patient education by explaining procedures, post-treatment care instructions, and answering questions with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage health records accurately by documenting treatment details, medication administration, and procedural notes in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as phlebotomy (blood draws), medication administration under supervision, and collection of specimens when needed.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly for daily operations.
- Support administrative duties including scheduling appointments, confirming patient visits, managing medical records.
- Ability to charge patients and collect payment for procedures and balance at the end of day.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical office support or clinical assisting within dermatology or outpatient settings.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and EMR/EHR systems is preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as phlebotomy or medication administration are a plus.
- Familiarity with Medical Practices and/or Med Spa experience is preferred.
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Sales enhances your candidacy.
- Ability to perform clinical tasks such as intake procedures, and emergency response protocols confidently.
- Prior clinic experience in dermatology or aesthetic medicine is highly desirable; familiarity with medical-surgical or internal medicine practices will be advantageous.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
