Our deli in Temple NH, offers sandwiches, grab n go entrees, breakfast and lunch options and more. We are looking to hire a part time back of house line cook that will make hot sandwiches to order (Burgers, Cubans, Turkey Presses, etc), work fry station and prep/Grab N Go entrees as needed. Pay is based on experience-
Must have open availability 5 AM to 6:30 PM.

```Duties```
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting required (at least 5+ years)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
