We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full AT&T Time Sales Assistant to join our diverse team. This Full Time AT&T Sales Assistant role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting wireless sales initiatives. The Full Time AT&T Sales Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them understand and access the best AT&T products and services to meet their communication needs and desired wireless connections. Success in this Full Time AT&T Sales Assistant role will include strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for technology, sales and customer satisfaction.
Full Time AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers directly to identify their specific wireless needs, answer questions on products, and guide them through potential sales options and phone upgrades
- Work with customers diligently to manage their accounts with care, provide them with solutions and tailored service that is designed for them
- The AT&T Wireless Associate will be knowledgeable and able to complete sales orders daily to help customers and increase company production
- Provide accurate information about AT&T products and services, including wireless plans, devices, upgrades, trade in values.
- Follow up with customers to address questions, resolve issues, and support accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed company standards and expectations
- Stay up to date on all services and become familiar with all products by working with the team in daily development
Full Time AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not essential
- People oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening when working with customers to meet their desired needs and personalize their experience
- Tech enthusiast with a desire to learn new advancing technology
