American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 4x10 day shift contract at an acute care hospital in Atlanta, GA.

Cardiac Cath Lab setting within an acute care hospital in Atlanta, GA
-
4x10 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
-
Call requirement includes 5 weekday calls and 1 weekend call every 6 weeks

Floating within the facility and scope of practice as needed

Local candidates are accepted

Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required

Active professional licensure required, if applicable

Copies of all relevant certifications required for consideration

Two supervisory references (Manager level or above; charge nurses not accepted) are highly preferred for consideration

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Candidates undergo a clinical screening process to determine fit prior to manager review
-
No schedule change requests or alternate shifts are permitted — the listed shift is firm

RTO is capped at 7 days and may not be requested during the first week of the assignment
-
If one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work all of them with no holiday RTO permitted; if three major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two, with one holiday RTO request eligible for review

Major holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

Travelers must have been away from all facilities in this health system for a minimum of one full year before returning as a traveler

Travel pairs will not be assigned to the same shift on the same unit
