We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Server Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly in both English and the second language, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Develop beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and cater to guest preferences
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items during busy periods or catering events
- Manage time effectively during high-volume shifts to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality standards
- Upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities and enhance guest satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and beverage stock to support bar management operations
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender or server in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong background in beverage preparation including cocktail crafting, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and beverage recipe development
- Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, catering events, banquet service, and retail math is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English and another language (bilingual preferred)
- Familiarity with bar management duties such as cash handling, inventory management, and staff coordination
- Knowledge of food industry standards related to responsible alcohol service and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask efficiently using time management skills during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
