Facilities Project Manager
The Oil & Gas Facilities Project Manager – Field Services is responsible for managing industrial construction projects from start to finish ("cradle to grave"), ensuring they are completed:
- Safely
- On schedule
- Within budget
- To quality standards
- Profitably
The position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is based in Odessa, TX or Carlsbad, NM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of industrial construction projects.
- Lead project teams including superintendents, foremen, and support staff.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Track labor costs, project profitability, and financial reporting.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and payment applications.
- Negotiate and manage change orders.
- Oversee procurement and material deliveries.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
- Manage project closeout documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years managing industrial mechanical, piping, or structural construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years in the oil & gas industry.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Experience with:
- Industrial facilities
- Mechanical and piping construction
- Budgeting and cost control
- Contracts and subcontract management
- Scheduling
- Client relations
- Safety leadership
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with computers and construction-related software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
- Estimating experience.
- Knowledge of project documentation including:
- Contracts
- Purchase orders
- Drawings
- Submittals
- As-built documentation

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
