About the Role
Crown Bags LLC is seeking a dynamic, professional, and customer-focused Sales Manager to support the growth of our industrial packaging business throughout North America.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, be proficient with computers and business software, and be willing to travel extensively to meet customers, attend trade shows, and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Travel across the United States to conduct customer visits, presentations, and business reviews.
Generate new sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and on-time delivery.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Represent Crown Bags LLC at industry events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems).
Professional appearance and business etiquette.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the United States.
Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.
Spanish language proficiency is a significant advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $6,000 per month
Performance-Based Commission: Attractive commission structure with substantial earning potential.
