About the Role:
We’re hiring Prep Work Laborers to handle the crucial early steps of the pool renovation process. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a skilled team. You’ll help ensure pools are clean, safe, and ready for plaster.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pool surface prep including chipping, sanding, pressure washing, and acid washing
- Remove debris and old surface material
- Assist in setting up and breaking down job sites
- Operate hand tools and prep equipment
- Follow safety procedures and crew leader instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work early mornings
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions year-round
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Construction or pool industry experience is a plus (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
