Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Supervisor to lead our team at Cheeky Monkeys Plano. Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all areas.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Provide excellent and energetic interaction with our guests (ages 10 months to 8 years) and lead fun activities, games, and events.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage customer service interactions with enthusiasm, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and health regulations at all times.
Experience
- Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or entertainment environments.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers and staff.
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Organizational skills with a focus on time management and administrative tasks to ensure operational excellence.
