We provide play-based, naturalistic learning opportunities to kids ages 2-7 in a clinical setting. We strive to create a warm and fun environment for learners, their families, and team members.
As a Behavior Technician, your job will be to provide high-quality care to our patients while following all medical center procedures, and assisting senior staff as needed.
- Deliver ABA services to children in a one-to-one environment
- Collect data and record daily notes for each session
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in interactions with others and performance
- Follow behavior intervention plans and teaching protocols accurately
- Receive feedback and work collaboratively with supervisors and team members for the best possible outcomes for learners and their families
- Actively work towards professional development through staff training and sessions with BCBA and mentor RBTs

Requirements:
- Current RBT certification
- Relevant experience working with children or special needs population
