up toApex Commerce is currently hiring potential FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work with a trusted name while enjoying a supportive team environment. Company vehicle and uniform are provided.*
Pay: $130 per day during training, then up to $200 per day once training is complete
We are also offering a $500 sign on bonus for people with an active FedEx badge.
Schedule:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions. Typical shifts run from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and qualify for a DOT medical card
- Previous delivery or courier experience preferred (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, etc.)
- Familiarity with road safety rules and driving regulations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Capable of working independently and staying on task in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Physically able to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs, including frequent entry/exit of the delivery vehicle and transporting packages to customer locations
Key Duties:
- Operate a company-issued delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- Deliver packages accurately and on schedule while ensuring items arrive in good condition
- Load and unload shipments as needed
- Map out and follow efficient delivery routes while complying with traffic laws
- Confirm package details and complete delivery documentation
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers
- Coordinate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or delivery issues
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition
- Report any incidents, violations, or mechanical concerns immediately
- Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times
