About the Role
Are you motivated by performance and earning based on your results? We’re hiring storm damage door-to-door sales representatives to help homeowners understand potential storm-related property impacts and connect them with the right solutions.
You will speak with homeowners, gather basic information, and present our services in a professional, respectful way—helping customers take advantage of eligible options after storms.
What You’ll Do
- Door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoods/routes
- Knock doors professionally and engage homeowners respectfully
- Identify potential storm damage needs based on customer conversations
- Explain available options and next steps
- Schedule consultations/inspections with our team (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up with leads
- Follow all local guidelines and company policies for customer contact
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently outdoors
- Reliable transportation (if required by your territory)
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Willingness to learn and follow our sales process
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required (we will train)

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
