Position Summary
Johnson, Runkel & Kraegenbrink, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and client-focused Part-Time Financial Services Assistant to support our financial services team. This position plays an important role in providing outstanding client service, maintaining accurate records, preparing paperwork, and assisting advisors with administrative and operational responsibilities.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent organizational skills, maintains confidentiality, and thrives in a professional office environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in person and by phone while providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare new account paperwork and assist with account maintenance requests.
- Process client forms and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Assist with money movement requests and account transfers.
- Maintain electronic and paper client files.
- Assist advisors with client follow-up and service requests.
- Monitor outstanding paperwork to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information.
- Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or business-related education preferred.
- Previous administrative, banking, accounting, insurance, or financial services experience preferred.
- Experience in a professional office environment.
