Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with hand tools, including air-driven tools
- Ability to operate (or learn how to operate) overhead cranes
- Experience with driving forklifts and skid steers
- Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
Responsibilities
- The role requires adherence to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, as well as the company's policies and procedures
- The assembler will be responsible for ensuring that daily inspections are completed for forklifts, overhead cranes, and all other equipment before use in assembly
- Specific duties on the assembly line will be assigned, and the assembler may also be required to perform rework on units as needed
- Quality checks of completed units are essential to confirm they meet customer requests, and the assembler will submit completed checklists accordingly
- Additionally, the assembler will drive completed units to the staging area and may oversee the return of recycled crates and tires
- In addition to regular assembly duties, the assembler may be involved in special projects, such as assembling show tractors and repairing damaged inventory when necessary
- This position is critical in ensuring that the final products meet the high standards expected by customers and that all safety protocols are followed during the assembly process
- Safely and accurately assemble tractors, zero-turn mower, and other Ag equipment.
- Ensure daily inspections are completed for forklifts, overhead cranes, and all other equipment before use
- Perform specific duties on the assembly line as assigned
- Perform rework on units if/when needed
- Check the quality of completed units and confirm they are equipped to customer's requests
- Submit completed checklists for quality assurance
- Drive completed units to staging area
Job description About the position
Will be responsible for the setup of all new equipment, going over checklists as you are setting up equipment to verifying everything is correct. Loading and or Unloading trucks using skid-steer or ForkTruck, keeping a clean work shop area. Ability to fill out and utilize work orders and time logs to track your work. Must have your own tools to work with!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
