For nearly 25 years, our patient-focused private practice has been serving patients in the Harrisonburg area. Working in tandem with the dentist and clinical team, the dental hygienist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. We consider our providers, both the Dentist and Hygienist, as the frontline of our practice.

Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience. Base wage is guaranteed with an uncapped earning potential. 30% of Net production or base wage, whichever is higher, will be automatically paid out.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state license in Dental Hygiene and certification from an accredited dental hygiene school
- Knowledge of dental charting software and digital x-rays and able to learn new programs as necessary.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients.
