As we expand to new locations, this role offers the chance to be part of a high-performing team at a company with momentum, vision, and a track record of success. We’re building a collaborative management team at our Aledo, TX location—and we’re looking for a Site Manager to help lead the charge. You won’t be going it alone. You’ll work alongside a fellow co-manager and shift leads to ensure smooth operations, great customer experiences, and consistent coverage throughout the week.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily site operations along with fellow co-manager
- Lead and support a team of shift leads and wash attendants
- Create and coordinate weekly schedules to ensure full coverage and labor efficiency
- Maintain tunnel equipment and perform light maintenance as needed
- Monitor sales reports, handle cash, and ensure accurate daily closeouts
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
- Drive monthly pass sales and coach team members to meet conversion goals
- Keep the site clean, stocked, and inspection-ready at all times
- Collaborate with co-managers to uphold standards and solve operational challenges
- Conduct video audits and site inspections to ensure accountability
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and service
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of site management experience in the car wash industry (required)
- Reliable form of transportation (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
- Comfort navigating high-volume days and stressful situations with poise
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools
- Passion for customer service and team development
