Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for various customer orders, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work quickly and collaboratively with team members across different departments.
Duties
- Develop and maintain schedules for operations.
- Coordinate with account mgrs and logistics coordinators to ensure timely deliveries and equipment availability.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding scheduling changes or updates.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules and operational data.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in scheduling or logistics is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools is preferred but not required.
